Leakages from storage tanks containing hazardous substances, oil, gas or chemicals can be influenced by external surface weather, or internal temperature variations and this lead disaster. Periodic inspection, survey and calibrations will eliminate the chances of such occurrences.

TANK CALIBRATION & SURVEYS

TANK INSPECTION

Tank inspections are performed to ensure whether the tanks satisfy regulatory codes and API standards. The interval and method of inspection differ from case to case considering the criticality and equipment service conditions. These inspection results are later used for remaining life assessment studies and fit for service analysis. Tank inspection can be performed while the tank is still in service or out of-service. During in-service inspection, mostly external inspections are carried out and while out-of service, a complete integrity check of tanks can be performed having complete access inside and around the tank.
